These Terms & Conditions govern the Loan Calculator - EMI mobile application developed by Fibrefab, Inc. (referred to below as "the Application"). The Application is a free tool for loan calculations and credit limit estimates.
Downloading or using the Application means that you agree to these terms. Please read and understand them before using the Application. You may not copy or modify the Application, any portion of it, or our trademarks without authorization. You also may not attempt to obtain its source code, translate the Application into another language, or produce derivative versions. The service provider retains all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property connected with the Application.
The service provider works to keep the Application useful and efficient. For that reason, the provider may modify the Application or introduce charges for its services at any time and for any reason. Any charge for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
To provide the "Service," the Application stores and processes personal data that you submit to the service provider. You are responsible for securing your mobile device and access to the Application. The service provider advises you not to jailbreak or root your phone because doing so removes restrictions imposed by its official operating system. This may expose the phone to malware, viruses, or other harmful programs, weaken its security functions, and cause the Application to work incorrectly or stop working.
The Application uses third-party services that operate under their own Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions for third-party providers used by the Application can be found through the following link:

Certain matters remain outside the service provider's responsibility. Some Application features need an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or your mobile carrier. The provider is not responsible when the Application cannot operate fully because Wi-Fi is unavailable or your mobile data allowance has been exhausted.
When you use the Application without Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier's terms continue to apply. Your carrier or another third party may charge for data consumed while using the Application. You accept responsibility for those charges, including roaming fees incurred outside your home region or country when data roaming remains enabled. If you are not the account holder responsible for the device's charges, we assume that you have the account holder's permission.
The service provider likewise is not responsible for every action you take while using the Application. For example, you must keep your device charged. The provider is not liable when a loss of battery power prevents you from accessing the "Service."
In relation to liability for your use of the Application, the service provider seeks to keep displayed content accurate and current but relies on information supplied by third parties. The provider is not responsible for direct or indirect loss resulting from complete reliance on this Application feature.
The service provider may update the Application from time to time. Its operating system requirements, as well as requirements for any systems to which availability is later extended, may change. Continuing to use the Application may require you to download an update. The provider does not promise to keep the Application relevant or compatible with every operating system version installed on your device. You nevertheless agree to accept Application updates when they are offered. The provider may also discontinue the Application and end its use at any time without prior notice. Unless you are informed otherwise, upon termination:
- (a) All rights and licenses given to you under these Terms will end;
- (b) You must cease using the Application and remove it from your device if required.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
The service provider may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. You should review this page regularly. Notice of changes will be given by publishing the revised Terms & Conditions on this page.
These Terms & Conditions are effective as of June 10, 2026.
